
Restorative Movements is a class for individuals who would like to learn about daily restorative practices they can do to support their joints, hips, and back. We will also be going over the proper application of natural herbs/supplements/essential oils for workouts and in the prevention of injury.

What you will need: Baggy workout clothes, Yoga mat, oils, and water.
